1. Orders via Amazon
For items purchased through our Amazon storefront, shipping, delivery times, returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under their shipping and returns policies. Please refer to your Amazon order for tracking and return options.
2. Direct & business orders
For orders placed directly with us, we arrange dispatch and delivery across Saudi Arabia. Delivery timeframes and any charges are confirmed in your quotation before the order is finalised.
3. Returns
Direct orders may be returned if the item is faulty or not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with the item in its original condition and packaging, to arrange a return or exchange.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
