Products we supply are genuine and, where applicable, carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty length and terms vary by brand and product line (for example HP, Dell, Lenovo, Epson, APC and others).
2. What is covered
Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They do not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, or consumable parts.

4. Items bought on Amazon
For items purchased via Amazon, keep your Amazon invoice as proof of purchase; manufacturer warranty terms still apply in addition to Amazon's returns policy.
